About Bill Worms

Frank “Bill” Worms is a licensed architect and licensed residential general contractor in Minnesota with over 15 years of international experience in the design and construction industry. After spending 6 years in New England, Bill moved first to the US Virgin Islands and then later to Germany to hone his design skills. Returning to the US with European design and construction techniques, Bill then pursued large scale entertainment projects, which developed his management skills with massive budgets and critical deadlines. Recently Bill’s projects have been published nationally in “Architectural Record”. He has been a requested lecturer by notable and progressive architecture firms from Los Angeles to New York about kinetic (motion) architecture. Bill is an active member of the ALA (American Licensed Architects) and holds his NCARB certification, which allows him the ability to design homes nationally. Environmental issues are at the for front of construction today and with his LEED certification clients know their home will be a healthy home.
